SHOT-BLASTING

Shot-blasting creates the perfect profile for medium to thick build flooring systems. This is a “Dry Method” of concrete and steel surface preparation. Floors, coating and linings can be installed immediately. Steel shot is reclaimed and the waste is separated, allowing for minimal disposal costs.

 

 

 

 

DUST-FREE DIAMOND GRINDING

Diamond GrindingAdvantages:

Diamond grinding creates the perfect profile for thin to medium build flooring systems. This is a “Dry Method” of concrete surface preparation. Floors, coating and sealers can be installed immediately. Diamond grinding can remove existing floor coatings, carpet glues, tile adhesives and paint from concrete without damaging concrete cap.

 

 

 

 

ETCHING AND POWER SCRUBBING

Floor Chemical Etching Advantages:

Power scrubbing removes dust, dirt, oils and debris from concrete of coated surfaces. This “Wet Method” is quick and inexpensive and may be the only preparation needed in some cases. Etching along with Power Scrubbing is ideal for some concrete slabs. Etching creates the perfect profile for thin film coating systems, concrete sealers and densifiers.

 

 

 

SANDING

Perfect for re-coating existing floors.
This process can be done wet or dry and is quick and inexpensive. No special power required for this method.

 

 

 

POWER SCRAPING

This is a cost effective way of removing tile, carpet and carpet glue, levelers or any other type of flooring. Choose propane or electric powered machines available. We have specialized attachments for each floor covering allowing for minimal damage to substrate.

 

 

 

SCARIFYING

This method of preparation is perfect for flooring that requires an aggressive profile. Scarifying is also the preferred method of removing thick epoxy and self leveling flooring.
